You almost lost a sale on this point. I hope the dealership has a program whereby Subaru owners are brought together once a year to celebrate their love of Subaru. Maybe have an off road or road course day where owners enjoy a barbecue , share stories, look at the different models, accessories etc. Just a thought to encourage loyalty, awareness and promote the brand.
