We have been impressed by the helpful staff at Lythia. This week we had the car serviced for the 6 mos. service. Mark waited on me and is very personable and efficient. My car was done before the time they had estimated. That was appreciated. I returned to Lithia today to ask how to set the time on the clock. Wes came to the car and went through a lot of the settings and controls I did not know about. His time and kindness were very much appreciated. When we were shopping for each of our cars (we have bought 4 from Lithia) I was always impressed that the sales people did not put pressure on us. Therefore, it was easy for me to stop by and look at cars from time to time before I made the decision to buy the 2016 Prius. We highly recommend Lithia. More
