The process of getting my car repaired took a lot longer than I had hoped. A lot of that had to do with how my warranty company processed the repair so there was not much that Lochmandy could do. Service technician Stephanie was not the most friendly or helpful. We got charged two hefty diagnostic fees for work that wasn’t completed. We got my coolant flushed and not even 5 minutes down the road my e helpful. We got charged two hefty diagnostic fees for work that wasn’t completed. We got my coolant flushed and not even 5 minutes down the road my engine over heated comes to find out the coolant was empty. My wiper blades also no longer work and worked perfectly fine before going. They would not fix or look at the wiper blades without charging us another $165 diagnostic fee. Not trustworthy service and extremely expensive! They do not care to fix their mistakes/ or give full refunds for their mistakes. More

It took 2 trips back for the service department to clean off old oil from underneath my vehicle after an oil change that keep dripping on my garage floor. They finally got my truck cleaned up (I cleaned m off old oil from underneath my vehicle after an oil change that keep dripping on my garage floor. They finally got my truck cleaned up (I cleaned my garage floor 3 times) but it caused a lot of inconvenience and mess. I will state however this was the first time this happened.
