I think the overall experience was good EXCEPT . ....these guys are way way over worked...the last two times I went for service the wait time was 4-5 hours. I had an appt for 2:45 pm....I arrived clo ....these guys are way way over worked...the last two times I went for service the wait time was 4-5 hours. I had an appt for 2:45 pm....I arrived closer to 2pm thinking maybe I could get in and out faster...WRONG!!!! I was greeted by the service manager who said my car would be ready at 6:45pm....he did however offer the shuttle service to my house and back. Turns out the shuttle guys DO expect a tip.....so the shuttle service is really NOT a free service. More

Brought my car in for check engine light and a factory recall. After having my car for the entire day, they didn't bother to do complimentary wash, provide me with paperwork that recall was completed and recall. Another awesome service experience at Lokey Kia! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Dave in Service took the time to explain what repairs I needed right away and because of cost…which could wait.
