The dealership as a whole is good however my salesman was extremely aggressive with his sales tactics. Was looking to purchase a used car for my son and was referred by a family member who spoke very highly extremely aggressive with his sales tactics. The salesman found us a great deal in which we informed him that we would contact our bank for a personal loan. We informed the salesman that we would got to the bank first thing in the morning but he was extremely persistent that we give him some money to hold the car. After telling him multiple times no, he continued pressing us for money. He then proceeded to tell us if we didn’t give him money he couldn’t hold the car even though we told him that was the car for us and we wanted to go to the bank. Saturday was Veteran’s Day observance and the bank was closed. My spouse contacted the salesman to inform him and let him know we will be at the bank first thing Monday morning. Sunday afternoon my wife get a call from the salesman telling her that there’s a dilemma because another salesman seen the car and if she doesn’t put money down he can’t guarantee that the car will be available for us. This type of sales tactics is very disappointing. I definitely don’t think that management is training their sales associates to be aggressive to the point where it becomes rude. Angelo will NEVER be able to earn my business with his untruthful salesman approach. More

I went there to buy a car advertised online for 27,000. When I get there the car cost 34;000. They said they would do a soft pull on my wife’s credit, instead they did a hard pull four times! The managers there come across like conmen, condescending and rude. I will never go back to Lokey, for service or anything else. Instead went to Courtesy Nissan in Tampa and purchased a brand new Rouge SV Premium for the monthly payment we could afford. I will drive 20 miles out of my way now to get both my Nissans serviced there. More
Took the car in for an oil change and told them rear brakes were making a pop pop pop sound when using brakes and then releasing some pressure. They did a visual inspection and told me it was normal and not to worry about it and if it gets worse bring it back and they will look at it…My wife was not happy to hear this, it’s a new car, it should not be making any noise. It’s like they didn’t want to be bothered with it. Not only that they didn’t even wash it like they said they would. It’s stated on my invoice that it was washed and vacuumed, but it was untouched. This happened on October 7th…..So I then made an appointment at MAUS Nissan, and they fixed the problem. It was something to do with the brake drum. I have invoices from both dealerships if you need more information. Because of this I don’t even think Lokey should get 1 star. Instead I give them 3 sad faces ☹️☹️☹️ More

Brought my car in to get fixed around my windows and not even a week later. I got 2 bubbles. I called to ask. When can I schedule another appointment I called multiple times no answer then I finally got aho even a week later. I got 2 bubbles. I called to ask. I did not know she got the messages or not. Anyways my warranty is running out and I Called for a update of when I can get my car into fix It again I left the voicemail.
