I brought my car in for the first “free” oil change and detail.Told them I had a parking light out which was indicated on the dashboard. Also-told them I was headed out on a road trip and wanted them to ch detail.Told them I had a parking light out which was indicated on the dashboard. Also-told them I was headed out on a road trip and wanted them to check the car out to make sure it was up for travel. They told me the free oil change was $80. I asked about the free one and then they gave it to me. They didn’t clean the car as promised and when I asked why they said I had to have asked for it. They didn’t fix the light and the dashboard indicator that shows the bulb is burned out is still on. Didn’t give me confidence that they had really checked the car over. I’m cheap-lol-so I will return for my next free oil change and hope for the best. I was really pleased with my experience with buying the car from Lokey so I will give them the benefit of the doubt and try again next time. More
