I’m very disappointed in Lokey Nissan. I had to come back to get a problem fixed which was a result of a previous service appt at Lokey that was not done correctly prior to this service. I had to come back to get a problem fixed which was a result of a previous service appt at Lokey that was not done correctly prior to this service. For the previous service I left my car at the dealership for 5 days for the work to get done while I traveled out of state and it was not done correctly. I chose Lokey Nissan to get this work done because of their great service record even though I live an hour away. It was very inconvenient to take my car back to Lokey to get the new problem fixed since I live an hour away. I tried to contact my service rep several times after learning about the new problem to discuss and didn’t receive a return call. I had an appointment for the new service that took 2 hours to complete while I waited at the dealership. The new service was at no cost but was very difficult to take my car back for further repair. They didn’t even run my car through the car . I will never go to Lokey again! More
