I planned an oil change appoitment and a recall for 10:30 am Saturday. I reported to the agent that I would be 2 1/2 hours doing personal business. From 1pm I started calling the service department, an am Saturday. I reported to the agent that I would be 2 1/2 hours doing personal business. From 1pm I started calling the service department, and my car was still pending. It is already 4pm and I receive the call that the service is complete. The answer is that when a client waits, he has more priority, since I was out of the business facilities, I lost my turn, and each client who arrived without a turn had priority. So why should you have an appoitment? This was the most ridiculous thing I have ever seen as a car owner in my entire life. Recommendation on this system, the worst, no more opportunities to be here again. More

Geneva was fantastic. We just went in to test drive a couple of vehicles. Not really in the market since my lease was not up yet but she made us an offer we couldn’t refuse. The Sales Manager, Doug Ramirez, was able to find the vehicle I wanted and got it to the dealership the same day with a payment that was very affordable. Great service. Geneva made sure I got a nice gift bag with a T-shirt for me and my husband and some other goodies. That was a nice touch. Thank you Lokey Volkswagen! More

I was promised a car to be on hand and ready for me to take home the day I was to go to the dealership. I signed the paperwork, PAID my part on the spot, and expected to get the car promptly as promised. take home the day I was to go to the dealership. Two days later and I have yet to get my car because a member of the dealership’s executive team is using the car I signed paperwork on as their personal car. He/she still has the car and the dealership is unable to get in touch with the person. Incredibly frustrating, rude and disrespectful considering all paperwork was processed and my payment sure was taken immediately... And now I’m the one inconvenienced without the car and having to rearrange my schedule to travel 45 mins away during a work week to get the car whenever they feel like giving me the car. More
