Taking ownership Went in for my typical oil change on my SUV and the mechanic did make an oops somehow causing my vehicle to dump all the oil in my vehicle 30 mins dow Went in for my typical oil change on my SUV and the mechanic did make an oops somehow causing my vehicle to dump all the oil in my vehicle 30 mins down the road. But Danny at the service counter personally drove 30 mins out to my family to pick us up in a loaner vehicle after hours while his wife waited for him to get off with their newborn. They arranged a tow truck to get my vehicle and corrected the issue in a matter of a couple of days while I enjoyed a new 2020 Tiguan with obviously no out of pocket cost to me. Picked up my SUV clean & gassed up. More
