Loman Ford was above any expectations that I could have imagined. I was shopping around at different dealers looking at other models like (Chevy) (GMC) (Dodge) and they did not even come close to the type of service I received from my salesman, he answered all my questions, and explained how Ford was the best choice for me. I bought the 07 Expedition and I am so happy that I did. I would recommend Loman Ford to everyone. Class Operation!!!!! There is no wonder why Loman Ford has the reputation that it does!

Wolfs in sheeps clothing, sweet as punch till you sign , then you might as well have died, a young sales person was helping me for 3 days doing his best as i was looking for an inexpensive car, $2500 online advertised, ofcourse it was sold, even thought it was kept on their site for 36 more days, well the young man tried to see if we could get financing for a newer used car, and we looked at 2 for 3 days he could not find keys to test drive the 1 he wanted a couple hundred to hold for us, turnd out to be sold before he took our money. so 1 of the owners, Hellen came to his rescuesaid give the the newer one for the same price, give us 3000 for our trade, a bomb worth 300 and she would throw in an extended warrenty on her so we would be covered for the life of our loan. sound s great , we will go into hock and take it. we signed, well that was it, as we read our contract we find that to keep the payments the same as the older car she added a year of payments, and charged us $1000 for the warrenty , that was on her, come to find out that after we signed the sale, they come back with a page to inishal, says its nothing , just something that it could have been a rental before , so i ask for a carfax report and list of repairs done by ford, i get the carfax, says its had 3 owners, in 2 states, in 6 months, and they wont give me list of repairs. now its in for a transmition, and i find out that it was done a week before we bought it as well, and there is a KNOWN problem with it, that is not yet a recall, and that warrenty they added, needs aprovel , so i am into them for $1000 to see if it will be aproved. and i have been trying to see HELLEN the owner for a year now, she is either in a meeting, or not there every time , and i need to make an appointment to talk with her, and the service department is even worse than the sales. DO YOURSELF A BIG FAVOR GO TO ANY OTHER FORD DEALER, I live in Staten Island, and Island Ford told me that they wont even honor Lomans warrenty, as they have even messed up paying them for work , i am 42 years old have had a number of cars bought and leased from differint dealers, good and bad . BUT LOMAN IN WOODBRIDGE NJ THE WORST I HAVE EVER DONE BUISSNESS WITH STAY AWAY STAY AWAY STAY AWAY THEY TOLD ME EVERY THING, AND MADE MY WIFE SIGN, AS I LOOKED AT THE CAR, AND CHANGED EVERYTHING THEY TOLD METHE MORE I READ THE CONTRACT NOW, THE SICKER I GET 1 AND 1/2 YEARS INTO A 6 YEAR LOANAND I AM GETTING A LAWER TO HELP ME3 MECANICS HAVE TOLD ME THE CAR WAS IN AN ACCDENT, BUT THE CARFAX DID NOT SAY ANYTHING ABOUT ITNEEDED 2 NEW TIRES WITHIN 5 MONTHS, FROM SUCH A BAD ALINGNMENT, AND STILL CANT GET THE HEADLIGHT STREIGHT, AND THEY TELL ME THAT IT MUST BE THE WAY I DRIVE, BECAUSE THE CAR IS SUPOSED TO GET 20 MPG CITY, AND 28 MPG HWY, BUT MY AVG, IS 13.7 FOR BOTH, AND MY WIFE DRIVES 8 MILES TO WORK, AND 6 OF THOSE ARE HWY 2 ARE CITY, WITH 2 STOP LIGHTS, YOU FIGURE IT OUT, BUT AS SOON AS WE DROVE AWAY THAT WAS IT THEY DID NOT WANT TO HEAR ANYTHING, NOT THEIR RESPONSABILITY

excellent and courteous service from sales to service department. Everyone goes out of their way to make the experience pleasant and to make you feel you are important. Everyone works with you to help and to deal creatively with you. Very responsive, with service wait times prompt and reasonable. Have switched me from a buyer who likes to switch brands to one that will only purchase fords from Loman because of the totality of the experience, from the product to the dealer.

"9/28/05 I purchased a used 2003 Windstar Van 38,269 miles..."

9/28/05 I purchased a used 2003 Windstar Van 38,269 miles gave a deposit of $ 5,000.00. Brought one of my daughters to purchase a 2005 sonata there was a brownish spot on the roof, we were told it was bird feces turned out to be rust. Her car had no mats, no cigarette lighter and no spare key salesperson said he would pay for these items: Art Padula My van had no spare key, sales person paid for a key: Art Padula. Then on the way home I noticed I needed gas right away my cost $ 68.00 for a fill up. The next day I had my son-in law check all fluids it was completely out of anti freeze we filled it up. Next morning I'm leaving for work notice anti freeze on the ground under the van. 10/03/05 miles 37885 they replaced coolant tank refill; My Cost $ 0.00. 11/25/05 miles 39361 my drivers side front and rear window would not go up. I called Loman got a 5:30 appointment arrived at 4:45 PM. My Salesman: Art Padula sent me to the service department no one knew if I had bought an extended warranty it was not showing in the computer, salesman directs me to financial officer who may be able to find my info in the computer or files; he could not find anything: Mark Ramos. However, he is the only one who mentioned that I should have a Dealers warranty in effect for possibly 90 days. He asked me to wait for a manager. I waited over and hour no one ever came. I went to the service dept to see if they could help; they sent me back to the front. Finally I went into an office I kept seeing salesman go in and declared that I needed help from a manager it just so happened the person standing in front of everyone else said he was a manager: Sherif Elbayar. He told the service dept to check my van. After about two hours he told me the cost was $ 900.00 to fix my drivers side front and rear window. I looked at him and said you are kidding aren’t you; I do not have $ 900.00. I inquired: How can it cost me $ 900.00? I have not had the van for two months yet and it is just two years old with 39361 miles on it. What kind of vehicles is Ford making, what are they using parts from the dollar store! How can the regulator on both windows brake and how can you charge me it has to be the dealer’s responsibility. I could not believe it. Finally after a while he asked me if I could live with paying $ 250.00. I took a long look at him and was thinking is he kidding, if I refuse to pay the temperature had dropped to 21 degrees. I had to travel on the parkway 45 minutes away to take my daughter home and then another 45 minutes to get back home. My back was against the wall and God forbid it should rain or snow. So I had to pay $ 255.91. I arrived at 4:50PM and they were not finished until 10:32 PM. I BELIEVE I DESERVE FULL REIMBURSEMENT: $ 255.91
