Alan Katz and the Lombard Ford family is one of the best dealerships I've dealt with. They put me in my new 2021 Ford Bronco and took care of me with nothing but respect and kindness the entire way making dealerships I've dealt with. Emma is exceptional! I think I first bought a warranty product from Emma back in 2013, not long after she joined the company. Not only has the warranty product been great (and yes I needed to use it) the support provided during the intervening years has been exceptional. I have recently taken out another warranty, and yes, Emma got it right again, getting me the coverage I needed at an affordable price. She is pleasant and very knowledgeable about the extended warranty products she sells. Buy with confidence. Real Ford warranties. More

I've purchased Fords from Lombard for over 20 years. Simply brought truck in for snow tire swap. Got a call from Service that two of the tire pressure sensors are broken and $300 to replace. Truck went in, all TPMS sensors fine, they swap tires and two sepa from Service that two of the tire pressure sensors are broken and $300 to replace. Truck went in, all TPMS sensors fine, they swap tires and two separate TMPS sensors on two separate tires failed simultaneously? I think not. And when they logged it on the service order, they wrote "Customer complains of broken tire pressure sensors" which is absolutely not true because the sensors were fine on drop-off, and they know it. The likelihood of a spontaneous double independent sensor failure that additionally happened strictly when the truck was in their possession is infinitely small unless they did something when it was in their possession. Then they went ahead and did a recall fix on my truck without my permission, on a recall item related to something I have never and will never use. At least ask me, because, you know, it is my property. All I wanted was a snow tire swap and I ended up with an almost $500 bill and unauthorized work done on the truck and they lied about my complaining of a broken TPMS sensor when I dropped off the truck.
