Great Experience I came in to the dealer with my son to help me buy a used vehicle, since I have never bought one on my own, I was scared because as a senior you hear I came in to the dealer with my son to help me buy a used vehicle, since I have never bought one on my own, I was scared because as a senior you hear all kind of stories about dealers. Once I found the vehicle I wanted, Fil in finance helped my out with the rest, he got me at the payment I could afford, helped me switch my insurance, set up my automatic payments. He also made me a new email address, and I am happy to say that Fil gave me a small class on how to use email and I cant believe how easy it to is use my email, now I can send pictures and videos with my grand kids. I am 99 years old, this has been a very pleasant experience., Sam was a great guy and got me to the person I needed to work on my request. More

Jude, showed me vehicles in his overflow lot, which is where I found the vehicle that I purchased. In past experience at dealers they would run my credit through a few banks, these guys didn't, they went to the bank of my choice where I received the best interest rate. Jude saw me circling the parking lot immediately and came to my attention. I made him fully aware of my needs and wants in a vehicle and he immediately came back with a fabulous response. I had been looking at a specific vehicle for some time but found out it wasn't exactly what I really wanted so Jude started pointing me in a different direction. He was willing to show me anything I wanted and we ended up finding the perfect vehicle within minutes! He immediately sat me in his office and much to my delight, his hospitality and punctuality were spot on. Unfortunately I was starting to feel a bit under the weather and he even offered to find so type of cold medicine to give me some relief. Of course I told him I appreciate the offer but I would wait until my car buying experience was over. Jude quickly but thoroughly got me through all the paperwork as fast as possible. After Jude was finished with his side of the paperwork, I then had to wait for financing. Much to my surprise I was sitting in financing within just a couple of minutes with Fill! Wow, what a fabulous personality this gentleman has... There absolutely couldn't ever be an upset customer after sitting down with him. He was so funny and also concerned of my cold worsening as I was in the middle of buying my new car. He was phenomenal at letting me know what I needed to know and punctual with his side of the paperwork. He made the time go by fast because of his incredible character. He was about business but also had this natural humor that made me feel more comfortable as a customer. I must say these two gentlemen were as perfect as they could be. Thank you so much for being concerned about how bad I was feeling and I will most definitely be recommending you two to anybody I come into contact with that is in need of a new vehicle. We visited a dealer prior to going to Lou Bachrodt auto mall and was told nobody w We (my fiancé and I) had been looking for a car for a couple weeks. We visited a dealer prior to going to Lou Bachrodt auto mall and was told nobody would finance me due to my credit score. Jude Molina and Fil Sotomayor were immediately helpful upon arrival with getting us set up for a great car buying experience. Within a few minutes we were told they could help and he would pull a car around that they could get us in. That car turned out to be a brand new Chevy Cruise for the same payments I was paying on a used car. Oh yeah Jude also watched our son for about 20 minutes while my fiancé and I filled out paperwork. That being said, our son is very particular about who he associates with (19 months old) and before I knew it they were like best friends. The entire staff from the financing to the sales department are second to none professionals. Thank you for a great day and a beautiful car. More
