The service advisor and the manager don’t have people/customer service skills. They were really rude and doesn’t even welcome people. I think that’s one of the reason that Mazda dealer wanted to m people/customer service skills. They were really rude and doesn’t even welcome people. I would choose this service center again just because of Charleston Ramasir! He has always been nothing but respectful and helpful when I take my daughter's Madza 3 in!
