The service advisor and the manager don’t have people/customer service skills. They were really rude and doesn’t even welcome people. I think that’s one of the reason that Mazda dealer wanted to m people/customer service skills. They were really rude and doesn’t even welcome people. Here’s the deal. I have to have further work done on my car and I’m going to do it elsewhere for one simple reason. I refuse to pay 3% extra for using a credit card. Excepting credit cards and the associated cost is the cost of doing business, it’s not the cost for me giving you the business, I wonder am I supposed to pay your employees health insurance? Next mark health insurance is a cost of doing business. So for the big ticket items, I will not be coming to your dealership. I’m very sorry, it’s greed and its simplest form. More
Totally disregarded I had an appointment, passed me off to three people to then tell me they didn’t even have the car I was interested in. I would choose this service center again just because of Charleston Ramasir! He has always been nothing but respectful and helpful when I take my daughter's Madza 3 in!
