Michael took the time to listen to what was important to me in a car and then pulled up in a car in the perfect color with all the bells and whistles I wanted and then some. I knew I had to have it the moment I sat in the driver's seat. I went home to think about it, and Michael didn't push. He contacted me a couple of times asking if I had questions. When it came to discussing price, he was honest and fair. When we agreed on a price, I went back to purchase. He didn't stray from our agreement or try to add anything additional. How refreshing!!
