I live in CA but my son just moved to St. Louis and he now owns the Kia. I didn't know who I could trust to do the work that needed to be done with the Kia. But Nicci was consistently answering my questions via email and made the whole process easy. I dropped off the car and Brandy was very friendly, the process was easy and efficient. Brandy called me (when she told me she would - I never had to call her) and informed me what her technicians found out needed to be done and explained it to me. WOW!!! She wasn't pushy - just very informative! Thank you Nicci and Brandy!! Thank you to the technicians who finished the work as promised by Saturday morning.
