Overall, Lou Fusz Mazda is fantastic. They take good care of you, and I just love that they wash and vacuum your car and top up your fluids. However, the other day I was sold an air filter replacement for $1 of you, and I just love that they wash and vacuum your car and top up your fluids. However, the other day I was sold an air filter replacement for $100 where the “parts” supposedly cost $50. This seemed very, very high to me, so afterward I checked YouTube and found out I can do this replacement by simply pulling out my glove box and swapping out the filter with an $8 one from Amazon. That left a sour taste in my mouth, and as a result I will not be having my air filters changed at Lou Fusz ever again. But I still do appreciate the dealership’s commitment to client service overall. More
