The start was a little shakey I believe misunderstandings were the cause. After that I couldn't be happier with the dealership and all the service staff. I'm very appreciative of what they have done! The Service department came through! I had previously been frustrated with timing and other issues. The Service Department, called and we worked out a new time to bring the vehicle in. I dropped it off been frustrated with timing and other issues. The Service Department, called and we worked out a new time to bring the vehicle in. I dropped it off and a few days later it was completed and fully tested. (o2 Sensor issue) They located the problem I had originally talked to them about as well as another, less pressing issue (backup sensor). They completed the service, tested the vehicle and it has since been running as expected. I will recommend the service department to my friends and family. They, despite my poor attitude, persisted and satisfied my service needs! Thank you Loveland Ford. More
Normally our experience at Loveland Ford Lincoln has been great except for the last service we had done on our Lincoln. Our Lincoln suddenly stopped and we had to have it towed to Loveland Ford. It took almo great except for the last service we had done on our Lincoln. Our Lincoln suddenly stopped and we had to have it towed to Loveland Ford. It took almost 3 weeks for our vehicle to be repaired, since it was an intermittent problem. Our biggest problem was communication. We would leave messages for our contact person to call us back and he rarely called us back. We would have to call him multiple times to get a hold of him. We never got an update on our car unless we called. Another problem is that they would run the car to see if it would act up, and even drove it 30 miles when they finally had the problem solved. When we got the car back, it was almost out of gas and it wasn't cleaned like we normally have done when we had the car serviced before this last time. We were not happy with the service we got in our last visit but the other services we received were very good. I would suggest better communication with the customer and a daily update on what the problem is and an estimate as to when it would be fixed. Plus replacing the gas used to fix the car and cleaning the car before releasing it. More
