One Sales Consultant made a poor joke about giving us the car if we could get it out of the showroom without scratching it while walking past us. When we asked to see a manager or salesman, he came over and said quote: "I said hello to you! You didnt say anything! Thats how this works, I say hello, then you say hello. I thought you guys were here for service because I saw your wife go in the back when you walked in..." Yeah, she's pregnant and has to pee every 45 minutes. No apology, no attempt to make it right, just poor excuses for a xxxx poor sales pitch. We will NEVER shop there and regularly deter our clients from shopping there. On May 14, 2011 I went in to Lowery Bros. Chrysler-Jeep, Inc. at 647 West Genesee St., Syracuse, NY 13204. I spoke with Terrance L. Hoesly (Sales Representative) about purchasing a new 2011 Black Jeep Gran Inc. at 647 West Genesee St., Syracuse, NY 13204. I spoke with Terrance L. Hoesly (Sales Representative) about purchasing a new 2011 Black Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo. I asked if they would include an extra 2 sets of keys with the Jeep that comes standard with 2 keys. Terrance double checked with Joe Mooney(Sales Manager) to approve the deal. Terrance told me it was approved and I put down a $ 3,000 deposit. On May 16, 2011 when I went to pick up and pay for the car Terrance L. Hoesly said they did not have time to make the extra 2 keys but would mail them to me. I purchased the $ 38,300 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo. On May 27, 2011 I called and asked Terrance about the additional 2 sets of keys and he said he spoke to Joe Mooney and he was not allowed to send the keys. He offered that they would sell them to me at half price. When I said that was not the deal Terrance said Joe Mooney would call me. I have left repeated phone messages to Joe Mooney and have not received a return phone call. Lowery Bros. Chrysler-Jeep should make good on the deal with providing us with the 2 extra sets of keys.
