Cody and David were very quick in response to all emails and phone calls made and kept me updated at all times on the process of my vehicle purchase. Only reason for giving a "4" rating for the price was I believe it may have been slightly over what I should have paid but it was still one of the better prices in the area compared to some of the dealerships I had spoken to. I used TrueCar to locate Lugoff and in the end I am not sure if I ended up using my TrueCar certificate to save me more money but that is ultimately my fault. Compared to previous car buying experiences this was one of the better ones. More

First impressions are so important---they set the tone for things to come. My initial interaction with the Lugoff Toyota staff was with Cody Debuhl. I had spoken with him on the phone earlier and after me for things to come. My initial interaction with the Lugoff Toyota staff was with Cody Debuhl. I had spoken with him on the phone earlier and after meeting him, my first impression was wow---this guy is very customer oriented, this is where I am going to buy my new truck (of course, I didn't tell him this). On arrival, Cody greeted my wife and I and put us immediately at ease, and offered to assist us in any way possible regarding our truck purchase. Throughout our visit, Cody was very professional, courteous, and took time to answer our questions and promptly addressed what concerns we had during my truck purchase. During our visit, we also met Tyrone Davis. He went with me on a test drive and guided me through the paperwork involved during the purchase. Again, I was very impressed. He too was very professional courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. During my test drive, he explained all the features that the truck had to offer. I can honestly say, my buying experience at Lugoff Toyota was truly hassle-free (no pressure), and a enjoyable experience, which was a first for me when buying a vehicle. More
