Travis was very thorough and helpful assisting me with my purchase of 2024 Tundra. My only complaint is the delivery of my Tundra. Still had wrapping on hood, roof was spotty and dirty. WOODBRIDGE TOYOTA SELLING NEW 2024 TOYOTA FLOODED CARS. WATCH OUT!!! On February 17, 2024 I purchased a new Toyota Sienna Platinum, 18 miles for $60,500, out of the door price. After about two weeks I f WATCH OUT!!! On February 17, 2024 I purchased a new Toyota Sienna Platinum, 18 miles for $60,500, out of the door price. After about two weeks I found out that my car was heavy rusted everywhere from bottom seats and under carpet inside the car. I googled online to see my car origin then I found out that my was in the Heart of "Flooding " region. I took my car back to TOYOTA WOODBRIDGE " to complain but the THREE Managers refused to talk to me and asked me to come back another day. One of the manager (Mr. Hassan Usmani) even screamed, verbally abusive with me. Be careful when singing bill of sale in Finance Office. They tricked and cheated you for not paying attention when signing your papers. They really sneak unwarned warranties that cost you thousands to sign. My case, more than $4,000 that I refused up front to pay. Irresponsible for what they owe to repair, missing items etc.... In my case, I asked them to sign what they owed to repairs but they still denied to repair when I brought my car back. Of course,I will take them to court for AUTO FRAUD, MISREPRESENTATION, DISHONEST STAY AWAY FROM THIS WOODBRIDGE TOYOTA IF DON'T WANT TROUBLES. More
