They really make you feel special when you arrive with your “baby”. They did the recall replacement in the given time plus they did a surprise multi-point inspection! My hitch was installed as expected which was great. My only disappointment was that the mat in the back wasn't put back in place and the seats were not returned to their upright position. The vehicle shou only disappointment was that the mat in the back wasn't put back in place and the seats were not returned to their upright position. The vehicle should be returned in the same state in which it was received except for the maintenance work. I don't know who did the work. More

Mitch did a great job. The car was ready at exactly the time he promised. The new showroom is beautiful but that parking lot is still a nightmare. Y’all need to repave and have the traffic for the Subaru come in and out from American Boulevard while routing the Acura traffic in and out from Lyndale. That would ease some of the congestion between your two buildings. More
