I was asked to drive over an hour round trip back to the dealership to return someone’s keys that were left in the loaner car I was given while simultaneously being asked to return the car with a full tank dealership to return someone’s keys that were left in the loaner car I was given while simultaneously being asked to return the car with a full tank of gas the following day. The work done was done appropriately. But it is not what I brought my car in for. They determined that there was no problem, after having 3 service providers test-drive my car. It was only after the Service Coordinator did another test drive that he finally concurred that something was not operating correctly. But by then, it was too late to anything about it. I felt that my concerns over my vehicle were not validated. To their credit, Lisa Mullenberg called me a few days later to follow up on my less than positive experience. More
