Disorganized First, when I received the electronic invoice I struggled to determine what oil was put in my 2017 Honda Accord yesterday. When I called I was advise First, when I received the electronic invoice I struggled to determine what oil was put in my 2017 Honda Accord yesterday. When I called I was advised it's undoubtedly a synthetic. I then asked if that was the case why would the windshield indicate the next maintenance was due in 4,000 miles and was told that was a mistake. Now, I'm not convinced what oil was put in and is the maintenance required indicator set to come on at an additional 4,000 miles or what? Second, when I arrived I was told I needed tire rotation and advised the cost of that. I purchased this vehicle in November 2017 with under 2,000 miles and the tires that are on it were on it when I purchased the vehicle. Most tire shops offer free rotation when the tires are purchased from them. These tires were purchased from Luther Brookdale Honda. I obviously won't be buying any tires for this vehicle from Luther Brookdale. I never saw / met Jared Perry More
