Courteous staff, but when installing a "new" tire and rim, the wrong tire was put on and the rim had scratches and chips. I’ve brought 2 cars in this week and neither were complete in their service. Car1. I wrote in notes I needed a rear wonder wiper fully replaced. Mentioned it at drop off. The check engine light came on an hour after pick up. I texted and came in the next day only to wait an unreasonable amount of time. I now need to return for the wiper and sat after a service. My time also holds value. More
Twice have left my vehicle there and have been told it would be reviewed and looked at within 2 days and both times it has exceeded that timeframe before being looked at. Both times now it has exceeded a week to get my car serviced and returned. I am still waiting now on the since 0900 on the 12th of September when I dropped off the vehicle too 1pm now on the 20th of September to even have my vehicle inspected for the issue I brought it in for. The only time I have been contacted about 2:30pm on Friday to tell me they have not even looked at it. I am now contacting management to try and understand how this could take this long. Bonnie Rood would not connect me to the manager or his voicemail and was requiring more information then my name and phone number for him to call me back. Even began visiting my car's information and calling it off to me when I did not want to talk to her about my car, I wanted the manager to call me. This is not good customer service. Bonnie should listen to the customers requests not require them to give more information than they are expressing need for. If you ask to be called back because you wont connect someone, taking their name and phone number is all they give you, don't pursue more. The customer is not asking for you to assist them, they want who they are asking for. More
