I had worked with Mike Barcalow via e-mail for quite some time looking at a new Jetta Hybrid. Several things kept me from actually getting to the dealersship. When I finally arrived Mike greeted me enthusiastically and introduced me to sales person Trivia Philiips. Trivia worked with me showing me different models until I decided on a final choice. Once the choice was made to purchase a new Jetta Hybrid, she worked very efficiently to complete the sale. I was then introduced to Jeff who complete the financial arrangements overcoming a couple of roadblocks to make it final. I would certainly recommend this pair to anyone looking for a new car. J.R.M. I was considering trading in my relatively new SUV for something more fuel efficient. Immediately upon walking in to the dealership, I noticed the layout was open and clean. Compared to my past car buying experiences (I've had a few...), the sales force at this dealership didn't come across as smarmy or pushy whatsoever. They were patient and, get this, KNOWLEDGEABLE about the cars they are selling! Linda was great to work with and I received a fair value for my trade. I went from 18 mpg on the highway to 50+ mpg and couldn't be happier. From start to finish, this was by far the best experience I've had buying a new or used car. The entire process was quick and smooth and I would not hesitate to recommend Linda or the dealer to any friend or family member I knew. More

She was able to show me different models, come up with various pricing options, and did all that in a super efficient manner that you usually don't get when buying a new car. When I came to pick up the car she had it all ready for me at the front of the dealership! She took extra time explaining all the new features and gadgets and even set up my Bluetooth to sync up with my iPhone before I took off in the car. Linda really cares about her customers and goes out of her way to ensure they have a great buying experience at Burnsville Volkswagen. I just bought a 10 year old VW Bug from Burnsville Luther. It was not all wine & roses, however I can't praise their team too much, all the way through the bumpy ride. My cars name is Veronica & she morphed into Herby when inexplicably the rear passenger window refused to roll up. (Unfortunate in Monsoonal Minnesota) I took her/him back to Luther (when it quit raining) & Rich Cadry my awesome sales guy said "Sandi, we'll do our best to figure this out and make it right." So I surrender Veronica to Rachel Peters in service (how do you get such presence and professionalism at age 16??, just kidding- this is probably more a reflection of my age : ) I never met the magician who transformed Herbie back into Veronica, but thank you John Ferrekson- she is wonderful! My service journey was professionally tracked and monitored by Jeremy Hanson who bravely kept me informed throughout the process. My wife and I were shopping new cars to replace her 10 year old Chrysler. The Passat TDI met all our "need to haves" and nearly all our "like to haves." After reviewing the vehicle on the web, including professional and owner reviews, we went to the dealership where we were lucky enough to be teamed up with Linda Radue. My wife and I were super impressed with how laid back she was. No pressure at all, while answering all our questions about the vehicles we were considering. It was clear she new the product. I would expect that. Her mannerisms and her obvious interest in our needs impressed us. One of the first things she did was take us around to the service entrance and show us the service area, explaining the service process, and showing pride in a well lit, clean service department. After a test drive, which she left us alone to enjoy, we joked about the VW test drive themed tv commercials. We were hooked, and we requested a model that she ended up getting from Wisconsin for us in a day. Pricing was fixed, and reasonable, financing was quick and easy (0%/60 months) and Linda spent some quality time reviewing with us the operation of a very technologically sophisticated vehicle. the experience went the way it always should, but frequently doesn't. She followed up with a next day phone call to see how it was going with the new car, and she set up a complimentary 30 day follow-up appointment with the service department to review vehicle features, operation, any problems, etc. Thanks Linda for a great buying experience.
