I was told at a local tire/auto shop that the tpms sensor on my tire was bad along with the valve stem or core. $200 and they didnt have the item in stock. At that price and with that inconvenience I deci on my tire was bad along with the valve stem or core. $200 and they didnt have the item in stock. At that price and with that inconvenience I decided to call the dealer even though they were in another town. They checked it out tightened the valve stems and found the nail causing the slow depressurization of the tire. $25 and a car wash. Thanks Burnsvile Volkswagon and I'm glad you made the effort to check out tire and I'm glad I drove down. More

Came in unannounced with a piece of plastic hanging off of the bottom of the Audi. In the shop in 2 minutes out in 15 minutes , washed the car and charged me $15. I went to Burnsville VW to see why my radio wasn't working properly. Without hesitation, Mike Barcalow and Sandie Fuller went to work on it and found the problem. I must also thank Richard Ross for hi working properly. Without hesitation, Mike Barcalow and Sandie Fuller went to work on it and found the problem. I must also thank Richard Ross for his outstanding customer service during the process. He accompanied me throughout the process, saw that I got a loaner vehicle and helped me the entire time. I brought my 2011 Routan in for standard oil change and 16,000 mile maintenance. Ann was awesome! So friendly and welcoming. She let me know what work was going to be completed and the time expected for 16,000 mile maintenance. Ann was awesome! So friendly and welcoming. She let me know what work was going to be completed and the time expected for the completion. She answered all of my questions regarding the maintenance of my vehicle. She was very upfront and showed concern for me as a valued customer. The facilities are great! They offered to drive us to the mall if we wanted to run some errands. They have a great waiting area with large screen TVs, free WiFi and a children's room with DirecTV. They have water and other beverages available while you wait. Service was a breeze. More

I took my wives car in for service on the defrost motor. I was told that I would get a call back when they knew what was wrong. I asked that I know by 2:30 pm as I had to make arrangements for another car I was told that I would get a call back when they knew what was wrong. I asked that I know by 2:30 pm as I had to make arrangements for another car if it was not going to be ready. I ended up calling them at 4:00 to see what was going on. They did offer a loaner at that time however it was too. late. The service was provided and fixed by the next day and they were friendly when I picked up the car. They never mentioned the non returned call or apologized. Over all mediocre service but friendly. More
