Service Advisor Casey went above and beyond to propose a good solution for a recurring problem we’ve been tracking; and insure I’d be able to bring my car home before a snowstorm and polar vortex. He did th good solution for a recurring problem we’ve been tracking; and insure I’d be able to bring my car home before a snowstorm and polar vortex. I’m from Chicago and was heading back home on Dec 31st which is a 8 Hour drive. And warning light appeared on dash indicating a serious problem.
