The frustrating part is trying to book a simple oil change online. I for one don't know what Minder Package A or Minder Package B even means, or which one I actually need to sign up for at that point i change online. I for one don't know what Minder Package A or Minder Package B even means, or which one I actually need to sign up for at that point in my car's life. It makes me feel like I'm going to accidentally sign up for the wrong one, and I'm either not going to get done and checked what needs to get done and checked, or I'm going to sign up for something where I'm overpaying for a bunch of stuff I don't need. Do away with this Minder Package A & B stuff because only you know what that means, and just take the mileage from the car and do and check what's appropriate for that mileage when doing the oil change. More
