Shining example of customer service I came in for service on my 2014 GTI. The entire climate system had gone out. I had been considering trading in my GTI for an AWD vehicle this fall, I came in for service on my 2014 GTI. The entire climate system had gone out. My salesperson was very knowledgable, and patient with my need to drive multiple vehicles.
