A rush to get the vehicle sold. In that short of time, the salesman portrayed as our new best friend. Life stories were exchanged and we thought he was so very pleasant. As soon as my son handed the money over and the vehicle, reportedly, had passed inspection with “flying colors” and the mechanic report was spotless and released to leave the lot. The very next day, a bolt fell out of the break system and the other side, the next day. Then a few days later, there was a rattling noise….the exhaust was rusted and had holes in it. A 2 yr old, 20ish thousand miles, ten thousand cash $$$ down and 500 $$& payments….what a huge let down for my son, as his two sons were with him when this happened how could all this not be disclosed to us and not taken care of. Not my son’s first vehicle purchase, but a major difference from his sedan car that he has paid off. aA lot of trust and let down gained from this. From the reviews, since this started, it seems this place is a hoax. Most of their vehicles sold have had the same thing happen after sold and a few days down the road.their vehicles had minor and major issues that could be life threatening. My son is in the process of dealing with this dealership and having to miss work to get to the dealership to get this nightmare taken care of. Not recommending to purchase from this place. I mean, we should have inspected closer and check the undercarriage. As beautiful and in almost perfect condition on the exterior and interior and only two years old…we were distracted. All I can do is shake my head. Is there only one mechanic for all the cars going through? Pure laziness and uncaring of their customers. More
