Difficulties getting information regarding vehicle service. George attempted to assist, yet it took a while to reach him or the service department. I highly recommend a person available to answer t service. George attempted to assist, yet it took a while to reach him or the service department. I highly recommend a person available to answer the phone, so the caller doesn't have to call back numerous times. Also, Why does the caller have to talk to one specific person? We had trouble speaking to George to to phone ringing, George lunch. A person shouldn't have to call 10+ times to get an update or question answered. More
