After finding the "right CRV", we talked with both Bob and Gabe. Both were professional, courteous, and NOT PUSHY! Our experience was relaxed and continued when we met with Arion Thompson to finalize the numbers. He was also very knowledgeable and offered, without pressure, suggestions with supporting information. Once we started working with Mike, things went pretty smooth. Only complaint about Lynnwood Honda and the reason for good rather than great rating was that we had visited the dealership twice, with an i smooth. If it wasn't for the convenience of location and the fact that I've had my other Honda serviced here for the last couple years, we probably would not have returned but we did and Mike was very easy to work with and the experience was much improved from that point forward.
