I bought a used car there and In Dec 2023 and it needed work done to the car brought the car back didn't have a car for 17 days. I wanted to return the car so the Manger Joseph Perna stated he was going t work done to the car brought the car back didn't have a car for 17 days. I wanted to return the car so the Manger Joseph Perna stated he was going to pay 2 car month payments and never did. After they sell you a car they don't care about the customer at all. I had to go pick up the car from where the car got serviced because I called the other dealership. They never called me to give me status on the car. Manger Joseph Perna said I had to keep the car. I would never BUY a car from them again. They are the worst. When the car was given to us they said they can detail the car another time I'm still waiting on that too. More

Don’t shop there! they don’t care about the customer or the car! They just sell cars without checking what is wrong with it and when you tell them what is wrong with t they don’t care about the customer or the car! They just sell cars without checking what is wrong with it and when you tell them what is wrong with the car so they can fix the problem within the 30 day time frame they have you take the car and leave it in the shop to act as if it is getting fixed and never put a hand on it I had my recently(a wk) bought car there for a week and they were trying to keep it longer telling me the part never came in when I went to pick up the car cause I needed my car back NOTHING was fixed ITS BEEN ALMOST 3 months and they are still telling me the part to my broken sunroof isn’t in!!! That’s cause they probably never ordered it!! Then the wipers that were old and wouldn’t wipe were changed but they weren’t the correct size they just put any random wipers!! I asked to keep the same plates as my old car and they ended up getting me new plates and when put on the car it was places with one screw!! 3 months into having the car the check engine is coming on I have told them from the beginning the car was running funny they were suppose to check it the week they had kept the car but again nothing was done! THE WORST! More
I reached out on cargurus about a vehicle I had liked from a dealership on January 25th. This dealership called me and sent me automated messages about the vehicle. I got in touch with a car salesman the from a dealership on January 25th. This dealership called me and sent me automated messages about the vehicle. I got in touch with a car salesman there by the name of David. We spoke about this vehicle and what I would need for a down payment after he had said I was approved. I spoke a little more about this vehicle which I was very interested in and in much need of. He made me aware there was an appointment for someone to come and look at the car before I got there but a deposit would hold the car until I got the chance to get there. I put a 1500 dollar deposit down because his words based on my credit they would like a good chunk deposit because they want to make sure they most likely won’t lose the sale. I was speaking to “David” on dealsrships phone and he had told me they don’t take credit card payments over the phone but they do have a cash app and a Zelle account they use. I unfortunately don’t have Zelle so he sent me the cash app information which seemed legit to me because it was a business cash app account. I made the payment to that account. After speaking to him and him FaceTiming with me at the dealership with the car he told me since the deposit was now made it was going to get sent to a body shop for two days to get clips put on bumper. After the two days he FaceTimed me again with the vehicle at the dealership showing me the bumper clips fixed. Since the car was certified preowned it was getting sent to dodge dealer to get full point inspection and all of that. After many more conversations with him was told by him that they offer a program that they have a 7 day test drive program with there vehicles and if I wanted it delivered instead of driving the two hours they would deliver it and because it was still at dodge getting a water pump fixed. With delivery though contracts would have to be signed via online pdfFiller and the rest of the down payment made because it’s a 3rd party delivery company. I signed all the contracts and sent the rest of the down payment which in total was 3000 dollars. Was told the car would be delivered on Tuesday February 6th. On Monday he called me and said the car was done and got picked up by shipper already and would maybe be delivered early. On Wednesday it still wasn’t delivered. Car salesman told me there was an issue with car so delivery company was bringing it back. We called the dealership to speak to a manager. At this point he told us salesman no longer worked there and hasn’t been in the office since Jan 27th. I spoke to him numerous times after that in the office and even FaceTimed him at the dealership with the vehicle after Jan 27th. When asked for information about the salesman from the dealership they said what they believe his name is and that they are unsure if it’s correct and he only worked there for a week. Up until February 7th when I called to speak to David in office secretary/receptionist would transfer me to his desk. We then asked for his information like address and stuff to give to my local police we received no response from dealership on that. Before that they asked us to come down and file a police report but to not do it on certain days because customers. Lawyer has told me to file civil suit against salesman and dealership due to there negligence hiring. To be unsure of someone’s name who has the ability to steal peoples personal information is absurd. More
