Fanastic service, best car buying expierence ever. Was approved before i walked in the door, i would recomend this dealership to anyone. I had applied online, the dealership immediatly sent me an email and was very fast to getting me into the car that i wanted no hassles what so ever.

My husband & I recently purchased a vehicle from Massey Auto Group. It truly was the best car buying experience we've ever had! Everyone was so friendly & helpful. They took a usually stressful situation & made it quite enjoyable. Our salesman, Bruce, was fabulous! The relaxed, upfront way he handled our transaction really put us at ease. We've been telling everyone about Massey ever since. When the time comes to buy another vehicle, we will definitely check them out first!

The four people I dealt with were terrific: Ashley, the internet manager went out of her way to find the Sonata I wanted, and she, having found it, could not have picked a better saleman than Doug Potter for me. I am a senior, he is a mature gentleman (I repeat, gentleman),I felt no no pressure, went out of his way, I bought the car! Douglas Hildebrand really helped me with my finance choices, he even helped me with the protection plan on my current Sonata Doug (can't remember his last name, all those Doug's) in finance was very nice and friendly (that was the shortest part, sign on the line, write the check, and done!) I am so happy I went to Hagerstown, to Massey Hyundai, I joked they should change the name to Doug's Inc. (there are so many Doug's) I love my 2006 Sonata, and they helped me with the 2010 so much. No dealer has ever gone out of their way like Massey did.

I had already test drove the vehicle I wanted at a local dealership. Due to my schedule and the fact that I have a young child I don't have a lot of time to waste at a dealership. I was able to work with the salesman over email to get a quote and have all of my questions answered. This was great!!! When I got to the dealership, the car was detailed and ready to go. The salesman even emailed me with a list of items I could do ahead of time to save me time at the dealer. My overall experience was very positive. My husband and I went to several dealerships closer to our house while looking for a new vehicle, and we had some really horrible experiences. I would recommend this dealership, and the salesman - Rich Jensen.

Very unprofessional dealership. The staff is courteous, of course, if you are there to buy a car, but once you've purchased the car, don't expect Massey Hyundai to be of much assistance if you should need it. I recently sold the vehicle I had purchased from Massey Hyundai in 2007 and was told to contact Massey Hyundai to obtain a cancellation form for the extended service agreement I had purchased. I have called twice only to receive no callback when transferred to voicemail. I have also appeared in person only to be dismissively told that "someone will get back to me". It has been two months and I have still not received any contact. Massey Hyundai will never again receive any of my business.
