I traveled from upstate N.Y to visit MB Motorsports to look at a Chevy Tahoe they had listed on Auto Trader. He then pulled the truck into their detail shop and a worker showed me the multi-step buffing process on one body panel. It came out great ! I left a deposit and returned the following week to pick up the truck. Despite an epic snowstorm in N.J just two days before my pick up date, the vehicle was ready and waiting and all the scratches had been removed as promised. the following day at home in up state N.Y. I noticed that the fuel gauge was reading erroneously. I contacted Justin, and without hesitation he offered to repair it. I told him that driving 5 hours back to N.J. would be difficult for me due to my work schedule. He then offered to send my a check for the repair. I sent him a quote from my mechanic and received the check soon after. Justin was extremely polite and professional during the whole sales process and followed up with phone calls and e-mails to make sue I was 100% satisfied with the purchase. Surprisingly I was contacted within 48 hrs of purchasing the car; a courtesy call, from my experience after a car has been sold that is the last you hear from the salesperson they don't care about "how is t the car; a courtesy call, from my experience after a car has been sold that is the last you hear from the salesperson they don't care about "how is the car? Unfortunately I did have a problem with the car & it was taken care of IMMEDIATLY no if &'s or buts about it; problem solved & in great time, no waiting around forever, no "playing" where's Waldo (in my case) where's Justin, anytime I called to check on the status he was there to take my call, never did I have to leave a message & wait for a call back & if Justin had to call me back it was within 1 hr. Once again when problem was rectified a phone call from Justin "Is everything ok? Anything else we can do for you & if so don't hesitate to call" Again, never have I had a salesperson be so efficient & actually show his customer that he cares, 99% of the time a car sales person makes his sale & completely forgets who you are and/or doesn't care to deal with you anymore UNLESS they are making another sale! After having my car totalled in an accident I was left without a car and looking for a fair dealer to work with. I saw a car listing for MB Motorsports and went to go check it out. When I arrived, the car that I saw was sold already. While I was there I saw that there was a volvo cross country that was newly brought to the lot. When I went in to inquire about the vehicle, Justin had informed me that he had actually received two of those vehicles. I was very interested and took the car that was ready to be driven out for a test drive. The car felt fabulous, I loved all of it's features (including the all wheel drive and the roof racks because I am a crazy outdoorsy person). I came back the next day to test drive the second car of the same make and model. The car was beatifully detailed and handled wonderfully. I went inside to discuss the price with Justin and after working out a few possible deals I wasn't positive about which deal I would be able to work with. I told Justin that I wanted to think about it and he sai okay. There was no pressure. It was nice to deal with a car salesman that wasn't chasing me as I walked out of the door. After working out some figures I called Justin back and we worked out sensible and all around fair deal. I had two parts on thecar that had to be replaced and MB motorsports took care of those parts quickly an nicely. My whole experience with this dealer has been wonderful. Although I was prmarily dealing with Justin, I had interacted with a couple of the other men who make up MB motorsports and the were very nice as well. Just this weekend I took the new XC to Vermont for a snowboarding trip. The car handled beautifully and really held it's own. Great car. I was able to get the car that I really, really wanted with a full warranty at a fair price from an awesome dealer. Great overall experience! More

This has been a great experience. Prior to going here we purchased a used car for a Jeep dealer. After leaving the parking lot, literally 2 minutes after buying the car, the check engine light went on. Th purchased a used car for a Jeep dealer.
