Even during this challenging time, Mini (and Lauren, Clint and Brian) made our car buying experience quick and painless. I actually preferred taking care of all of the paperwork/busy work from home. We were in and out of the dealership within an hour of arriving. Mini had safety procedures in place to make us feel safe and comfortable. Thanks Mini! More

Our Finance Person, Brian, was also extremely friendly and accommodating. After test-driving our new mini, we were sold! Luis was super professional, explained and showed me how to connect and use my car play as I had just shipped my vehicle from Germany and they mini. Best car buying experience ever My wife and I went to look at a certified pre-owned MINI at the dealer and every bit of the experience was great. Lauren was the first person we met a My wife and I went to look at a certified pre-owned MINI at the dealer and every bit of the experience was great. Lauren was the first person we met and she was a pleasure to deal with from the start. No pressure and such a joy to speak to. The sales experience was actually fun for me. That was such a change from other car buying experiences I've had. Lauren wasn't available to deliver my car but Jolene filled in and did a great job helping us out at the time of delivery. Jolene was super helpful and even demonstrated her skills at touching up some paint scars on the rear bumper. Filling out paperwork isn't fun either but we had Clint Peters helping us out with all of that. Again, he was a pleasure to talk to and very helpful. I don't think we'll be in the market for a new car any time soon but I wouldn't hesitate to go back for our next car. More

The experience was very personal, and like minded in our way of life, motoring. MINI of Allentown is pet friendly and we brought our cat with us who loves to ride along where ever we go in our MINI. While kitty motored around the showroom and interacted with everyone, we finalized the deal. It was a great experience and we are satisfied with the attention to detail and accommodations to meeting our needs that we received. More
