This dealership is very unprofessional. Had issues with my car and the sales manager basically told me it was my own problem they would not work with me to get it fixed. They finally reached out after my second review told they really wanted to help me but then never call me back and never replied back to my calls. I would never ever go to this dealership. I went in for service with assumption that the 10 year warranty I purchased for my 2012 Mini Cooper in 2015 was still active. Little did I know that the warranty I purchased was actually from the in-serv warranty I purchased for my 2012 Mini Cooper in 2015 was still active. Little did I know that the warranty I purchased was actually from the in-service date of the vehicle which was when the car was brand new so I was paying for 3 years on a warranty WHILE SOMEONE ELSE OWNED THE CAR! Completely deceptive practices. I will never bring my car to this dealership again. More
