Great service! I had an ongoing problem with a loud squeal when I first drove my MINI convertible in the morning. The noise was difficult to reproduce and after a re I had an ongoing problem with a loud squeal when I first drove my MINI convertible in the morning. The noise was difficult to reproduce and after a regularly scheduled service, I thought it was resolved - but no such luck!. I called Kyle and scheduled another appointment where I dropped my car off the night before. I had a loaner so getting where I needed to be wasn't an issue. The next day the problem was diagnosed and repaired for no additional cost. I'm definitely a fan! Thank you, Kyle!
