A regular six-month oil change. The Service Advisor Aaron stepped up to my car as soon as I stepped out of it. He wrote up the order and made a visual inspection of the exterior condition of the vehicle. The oil change and usual multi-point inspection began in short order. When the service tech noted a dead cell in the battery and a dirty cabin air filter, I agreed that replacing both of them should be done. They checked for a warranty on the battery. It was something I had not even considered. It was in fact still under warranty, which resulted in a 50% discount on the new battery. As I have become to expect at this dealership, service was friendly, and first rate. More

Replace defective fan blower motor I made an appointment for 10 AM and I arrived early. The Te ch took me in and replaced the fan blower in less than one hour. My Corolla is all standard (i.e. stick shift, manual windows) so when I was provided with a gorgeous black Camry I was stunned. It was like driving a rocket shift. I only had it overnight, but it sure spoiled me. Ebony was my representative and she was very friendly and very helpful during the checkout process. Very positive experience! More
