Well d.k and Doug love u guys ya do ya best but the rest of these folks let's sit down and begin. First, my car is a lease and everytime I come to these folks they dont do what is asked and charge you for t of these folks let's sit down and begin. First, my car is a lease and everytime I come to these folks they dont do what is asked and charge you for the work that qasnt done. As a lease a car wash is given for free with the car, i asked for tire rotations and my tire alignment. Tire alignment was done but everything else wasnt. Why do I waste my time with ya. When I first got the car I called and said hey that car ya least me the breaks are bad. I was given a quote of almost 9 hundred dollars for trash breaks. Found breaks better ones for 175. The last time ya said ya did my alignment, the best we can do, as I was told then. a little over 100 bucks. what's sad I asked why didnt ya rotate my tires and they said we did nope ya didnt because I marked the tire. Found out it's because the lug nuts were stripped. I called about this and was told about 4 hundred dollars to replace my lugnuts. Did them myself for under 50 bucks Replace that myself. a few months later new tires I needed again ran threw my tires again so here I am time before that I got a oil change and because I didnt look at the work after ya were done oil was all over under my hood, that I was told then, it's my responsibility to look over the work that's been done isnt that the reason I payed ya for? With all this said thanks again for failing to do your jobs that I was charged for. I thank ya and hopefully ya dont fo these things to the next person. More
