I paid to have my timing belt replaced and the whole time no one knew when my truck would Be ready. 2 weeks later the new timing belt let lose and my engine blew. Even during this no one knew when my truck no one knew when my truck would Be ready. 2 weeks later the new timing belt let lose and my engine blew. Even during this no one knew when my truck would arrive back to mahwah honda. After many weeks of phone calls and false promises about being reimbursed for the tow Matt the service manager just ignored my calls . The whole experience from getting the timing belt Replaced the first time till now was a total nightmare they replaced the bare minimum and the trucks never drove the same since they worked on it. They did give me a loaner car for a month while they fixed it but communication was always poor More

The service department is a disgrace. I made an appointment and arrived there promptly as agreed. For what? The appointment was ignored and I had to explain the problem all over again. OK I made an appointment and arrived there promptly as agreed. For what? The appointment was ignored and I had to explain the problem all over again. OK, not too bad. Now, the guy at the reception only takes notes; useless to try to discuss the problem with him. Then they send you to the waiting room. Two hours later, nothing happened -- yes two hours later, my time is meaningless to Mahwah Honda. So I complained; what does the same guy say? He mumbles some excuse and tells me that there are many warning/diagnostic lights and I have to bring it back when the light is on. Well I told him off the bat that the light goes on intermittently, how am I supposed to know when it will happen? Waste of time. More

Clean clean clean and disinfect. I was plenty surprised at the care taken to keep all customers safe. Even the Pena were sanitised after each use ... that's thinking ahead.
