I have to say the service department at Malouf is unrivaled thanks to the very efficient and very knowledgeable service consultant Chris Ventriello. He made my servicing appointment seamless. When arriving I was immediately greeted and handed over my car. I then met with Chris who was amazing explaining the process. Scheduling was perfect. Service was perfect. In addition, the service department is immaculate as is the entire dealership. This service department is truly the best out of all the dealerships I’ve dealt with!

"Bought a 2015 Traverse"

We were thinking of buying an SUV within a year or 2 when we went to Malouf for an oil change for our Silverado. My husband does not like when salespeople follow you around, so the fact that Bill Selby just introduced himself & let us alone to check out all the SUVs in the showroom, but immediately came over when we had a question about the Traverse pleased my husband. Bill was very professional, honest, and explained anything & everything we asked about. We ended up purchasing the 2015 Traverse. He spent a significant amount of time making sure I knew about all the features of the Traverse and helped transfer my On Star account to the Traverse from my Malibu we traded in. We would definitely recommend Bill Selby to anyone looking for a car, and we have been very pleased with the service we have received by the Malouf service dept over the last 4 years.

This was one of the best, if not the best service experience I have had. Jennine Lakes service consultant and Rob service technician pulled off a miracle. They went above and beyond in every way to solve an urgent problem. I have owned Cadillacs for many many years. This service department is by far the best any Cadillac dealer could offer. They have a customer for life just by caring and coming through when needed. I will surely buy my next Cadillac at Malouf because I know I can count on their excellent service. Our car shopping experience was off to a great start when we began talking with Bill Shelby,the dealer who approached us. His manner is very unassuming and helpful without the sales pressure that can make buying or leasing a nightmare. He made the process effortless , addressed every concern and answered every question. The sales manager, Tony Fodor, was very accommodating and friendly and was also a pleasure to work with. We are very happy with our new vehicle and feel supported in every way possible by this dealership with roadside assistance, a well managed service department and the many assurances by staff that help is a phone call away if required. I wouldn’t hesitate a minute to recommend this dealership and it’s staff!

"Avoid Dishonest Cadillac Service Manager"

Vehicle in question: 2015 ATS AWD I visited the dealership in late 2014 to lease an ATS; salesman I dealt w/ treated me like a child so I went to Gold Coast and leased the vehicle in question. However, I've brought my vehicle to Malouf since 2015 for service as its closer to my house than Gold Coast. I had 0 issues w/ service @ Malouf until recently. I was LIED to and told I needed new rear brakes on a car w/ less than 30k miles (most of them country, not city miles). I asked for a print-out of the technician notes, and was denied a copy. Thinking something fishy was up, I brought the vehicle to Hudson Cadillac in upstate New York, where the vehicle was inspected a 2nd time. The service manager there tells me plainly: "I'd love to take $600 from you, but you don't need new brakes at all sir". Proceeds to give me vehicle technician report and readings. I suspect this wasn't an honest mistake, and the issue has been brought up to Cadillac Corporate for them to inspect further. Needless to say, this review will be posted wherever possible online, and I'll never do business w/ or recommend a Malouf dealership to anyone ever again.

"Excellent warranty support"

The transmission on my Saturn Aura failed. GM issued a warranty extension for transmission issues and stated repairs by a GM service center were required. Had the car towed into Malouf Chevrolet and spoke to Randy regarding the warranty extension. Randy kept me informed throughout the repair process and advised me that the extensive repairs were covered under the extended warranty. Thank you Randy and the service technicians at Malouf Chevrolet for their excellent support and professionalism.
