This was our first new car purchase in the US and while we were very happy we expected that Mazda would provide some additional complimentary post sales service. Nonetheless we were pleased with our purchase. Incidentally, we bought a 2nd new car about 1 month later from a competitor Japanese maker and have received 2 years of free Toyota Care. More

The 0% financing deal was one in a million. Every one was friendly, and informative. I have to say that the seller for me was when Pat D'Angelo took me for a test drive. Here's a LONG overdue 'thank you' from my wife and myself. Back in September, when we spotted our Toyota Sienna LE van at Mazda of Manchester, we recall how Dave Small approached us that Saturday mor myself. Back in September, when we spotted our Toyota Sienna LE van at Mazda of Manchester, we recall how Dave Small approached us that Saturday morning and when we said we were 'just looking' and 'didn'tneed anything', that he told us to 'feel free to ask' if and when we had questions. Well, we KNEW this was the van we'd been looking for so just minutes later we waved him over and the rest is history! With no pressure of any kind we were treated by Dave, the manager, and finance manager like we were buyin a brand new vehicle! We were able to take a nice test drive and have any questions answered in a most hospitable and professional way and we decided that very morning, within an hour to put a deposit. When we came to pick the van up, we were totally pleased that Mazda of Mancheseter had gone and detailed the vehicle, put on some new tires(when my wife mentioned to me that probably in about a year I'd have to get them replaced, and which Dave overheard) and many more things that we simply couldn't believe! Both my wife and I have been looking for and buying vehicles for ourselves since we were in our late teens-some 37 years! New and used. In our combined years, neither of us has had such a pleasant experience wherein we were made to feel totally appreciated as customers. Just fan-TAS-tic! We have had oru van now for 4 months and people still think we bought a new vehicle, because it was so taken care of by the previous owners as well as Mazda of Manchester who took it in on trade. Price was fantastic as virtually ever other dealer around who wanted two to three thousand more! Wow!! I went in to look at a Mazda3 and the salesperson was very helpful and polite. I really liked the car. Everything was going good until the sales manager, Bob, got involved. He was really pushy and wanted me to buy immediatly. He must have called me at home 5 times in two days asking when I was going to buy the car. This was such a turn off that I ended up buying a car somewhere else. It's too bad that Mazda is so poorly represented by this dealer. More
This was my first new car purchase and was kinda nervous. I had been to another mazda dealer and they were pushy and not helpful. I went to Mazda of manchester and they answered all my questions about the car and financing and treated me like a customer, not some kid. (Im only 22) They had the car I wanted on the lot in my second color choice and Rich the manager offered to find my first color choice from another dealer but I decided to take the one they had so I got it that day. I was hoping for 0% financing but it wasnt available on the model I got. I hope their service department, if needed, is as good as the sale department. I would deff buy another car from them. More
