So sad greed has overcome your dealership. I was told I needed a air filter for the cabin and engine. I'm no mechanic so I had you install the engine filter but opted to you tube the cabin filter installation and did it myself in one minute which you were going to charge $60 for labor. Your welcome to check your records but I have been a loyal customer , I have purchased 3 new vehicles and serviced all of them at your dealership.The fact that you claim to never make any money on the sale of a new vehicle I've always found hard to believe but when I see how much profit is in a simple cabin filter change I seriously doubt your words. I will no longer service my vehicle at your business in the future. I'm sure the past services and purchases I have made have gone to furnish the new remodel of your dealership. I do understand businesses need to make a profit but when your gouge people you loose credibility More

Bummer for this appt. For this appointment that was on a Friday, I was texted a little after 4 pm that an automobile part (hose) did not arrive that was necessary to comple For this appointment that was on a Friday, I was texted a little after 4 pm that an automobile part (hose) did not arrive that was necessary to complete my service request. Was set-up with a loaner car (which is expected), since my service was not totally complete. There was a last-minute scramble to provide insurance documents as required for the loaner car. Was texted that the car would be ready on Saturday, but that was delayed due to some other car jobs and only one master tech available. The car work was completed on Monday. I was given a 20% discount, but that's only 5% additional above the 15% coupon that I presented at the service write-up that morning. Honda should contact me sooner that the hose did not arrive, rather than in the 4 o'clock hour. More

Tire repair on short notice with no appointment I needed a tire repair ASAP after I noticed a large screw embedded in my left rear tire. I did not have an appointment, and it was a Monday afternoon I needed a tire repair ASAP after I noticed a large screw embedded in my left rear tire. I did not have an appointment, and it was a Monday afternoon after a big rain storm. Mary Beth at the Customer Service desk jumped right on it and found service advisor Tracee Olibas to help me. Tracee worked very hard to get me in and out of the service bay as soon as possible. A big "shout out" to Mary Beth and Tracee for all their help in getting me taken care of ASAP on short notice with no appointment. I really appreciate that! More
