I was considering leasing another Highlander or a Pilot and without the longer test drive I probably would have stayed with the Highlander. Tom had everything lined up for me every time I visited the dealership. The process was very smooth for the most part. I just wish somehow there was a way to shorten the actual 'paperwork' part of the transaction. More
