Making it Right! Immediately after I wrote the review of my experience and concerns, the service manager reached out to me that night. What really spoke to him was how Immediately after I wrote the review of my experience and concerns, the service manager reached out to me that night. What really spoke to him was how these issues may affect the health of our younger children having children of his own. He was very apologetic having put me through this experience and asked for the opportunity to make it right. The following day the service manager himself came to pick up my car at my house since I had already gone to the dealership yesterday. He offered a loaner, however we were going out of town that week and did not need one. Later that day he called me with what they had discovered and that it would be covered by my warranty. After we returned from our trip the service manager called me that morning and if he could drop the car off. Incredible “Door to Door” service! Manly Honda really went above and beyond in making this right. We all make mistakes and fall short, I know I do. It is want you learn from these experiences and how we make it right is what matters. Good job Manly Honda! More
