I've been a long term customer in both buying and leasing new cars as well as using their service department. Matt Williamson has been my salesman for all the cars I have gotten from Maple Hill. I've kept with Matt as he is extremely good and we have a great relationship. Even if I have a question or concern and Matt isn't available all of the salesmen are very good and more than willing to help out as needed. Greg Vinstra(New car Sales Manager) is always around and checking to make sure if any customer/client is in need of any assistance and if so he takes care of it or finds the correct person to help solve the concern. I have owned or leased appx 10 Subaru's from this dealership in the past 30 yrs and I've never had a concern or problem that wasn't immediately and properly taken care of to my satisfaction. If you're looking for a vehicle in a brand that Maple Hill Auto carries, I would look no further. Can't do better than Maple Hill Auto Group. More

LOF and Tire rotation Misty was very good about explaining what was needed and what should have been done on my last visit. Repeat repair with no accountability Had my 2013 VW Passat in for a second time to replace the heater core. Last fixed in Feb 2017 for the exact same issue. Car was fixed quickly which was appreciated and the correspondence was good from Mike Huffman. Upon going in to get my car, however, the Service Manager, Steve Westra, took no accountability to offer a discount, credit, or to take the lead in contacting VW directly about what appears to be poor quality parts (to have failed so quickly again). I stated that if I was charged in full that VW would lose a customer. We have bought 2 vehicles through MH and have 3 upcoming drivers. $700 was the total bill. I was told to call VW and take it up with them. Seems to me MH loses on this long term.....certainly wasn't my intention but I'm glad I have a choice and can move on from them. I have told my friends and family about this disappointing experience. Integrity and values matter most to me. Jason Heystek More
