I was here for the 2nd recall, airbags, on a 12 yr. old Outback. Initial check-in was fine. As specified by law, I was given a loaner car. Appeared to be sanitary. I waited 15ft away for the other customers for an opening at the desk. It never came. I had to approach a service person, who was wearing their mask BELOW the NOSE - pointless. I was expecting a very long wait As I had multiple services to be performed but I was surprised it was half the time expected and I was told they put two mechanics to work on my car so the wait would services to be performed but I was surprised it was half the time expected and I was told they put two mechanics to work on my car so the wait would not be so long, that was extremely thoughtful and much appreciated. Everybody I dealt with was very business like, friendly and all wore masks, I was very impressed, also there were multiple options for solitary waiting. I couldn’t find anyone to help me check out until I asked salespeople and the receptionist. My speed is not displaying on the center console. Everything else was wonderful. Second time service was sloppy. Last year's maintenance: missing lug nut when picking up the car. This year: differential fluid spilt on the catalytic converter. After picking up my car from having a 400.00 + repair done I experienced the same problems on my way home. I live almost an hour away from this dealership and now I have to go back.
