Maplewood Toyota- Service Center

Long waits for service every time I have been in for service the wait has been at least 2 hours and up to 5 hours for just oil changes. I like the quality of Toyota but I w every time I have been in for service the wait has been at least 2 hours and up to 5 hours for just oil changes. I like the quality of Toyota but I would never buy a Toyota again because of there service centers. I see from all the 5 star reviews that this review will get 'lost' but why not try Bob More

Great Service Every Time I have been taking my Toyotas to Maplewood Toyota since 2002. I purchased a used Toyota Camry and had it serviced there until I replaced it with a 200 I have been taking my Toyotas to Maplewood Toyota since 2002. I purchased a used Toyota Camry and had it serviced there until I replaced it with a 2007 Prius and then replaced that with a 2011 Prius. I have never had anything but excellent service on any of my vehicles. I will soon be replacing my 2011 Prius with another fine Toyota product and will continue to have them serviced at a place I trust at their reasonable rates! More

Upon checking in, we were informed that the estimated time for the service would be a couple of hours. Fortunately, the battery test and the necessary replacement of the battery took only an hour! Since the battery was under warranty, there was no charge for the service. More
