When I first walked into the dealership, I knew right away it would be a different experience from other dealerships. The first gentleman I spoke with said he saw me talking on phone and didn't want to interrupt me, which was appreciated, but quickly introduced himself as soon as I walked to the door. Instead of being bombarded by a dozen or so people right inside the door, I felt completely at ease. Rick and I spoke for a while, almost like I had bought numerous cars from them in the past. They gave me a great value on my trade-in; unlike another dealer that offered $800 for a truck in great shape and clean retail of >$5,000, and would not budge a dime more. The price I paid for my new 2013 Silverado 1500 was the best price for comparable models I found in my 100 mile search radius.
I could go on and on about how great every single person I spoke with was, but if you are in the market for a great vehicle at a great price, and don't want the badgering and sometimes belittling feeling other salespeople put us through, I urge you to stop in and talk to the Marhoffer Auto Family!! You wont regret it!!!! I know I don't!!!
